James A. Gustafson
James Gustafson is a Vietnam Era Veteran (USMC) who has been a practicing certified public accountant since December of 1979. In February 2006 he became the owner of Data Monitor Systems, Inc. He had worked with the company for over twenty years as its Certified Public Accountant and spent four years working directly for the company before purchasing the company from its original owner
John L. Sook
John Sook has served as the Business Development Director since joining the firm in 1998 after serving 5 1/2 years in the US Air Force on Active Duty. He is responsible for identifying potential teaming opportunities, negotiating responsibilities in opportunities involving other firms, assisting in contract proposal development, and managing contract transitions. During his tenure, DMS has sucessfully transitioned four A-76 procurements through the transition to DMS performance. He has a Bachelors of Science Degree and a Masters of Science Degree in Computer Science from West Virginia University.
Sharon L. Murray
Sharon Murray is the Proposal Manager responsible for the DMS contracts proposal section. She.has more than 9 years experience in contract, proposal, and cost analysis management. She is responsible for contract technical and cost proposal development. She reviews and analyzes solicitation requirements and performs research for proposal content requirements. She reviews and analyzes solicitation requirements and performs research for proposal content requirements. She researches Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DOL Employment and Wage and Hour policies for current content inclusion in technical and cost proposals and serves as our Lead Cost Analyst.
