The mission of these three installations includes organizations that provide premier training to DoD personnel in a variety of disciplines and recently has became the home of the Navigation technical training school for the Air Force.  Our staff provides personal property services to both permanent party and students assigned to these three facilities as well as military personnel residing in or moving into our areas of responsibility.  DMS personnel directly contribute to the Navy’s mission objective of ensuring fleet readiness worldwide by providing authorized Department of Defense (DOD) and other authorized Federal Government personnel with services related to the movement and storage of personal property. 

Services provided include: Outbound entitlements counseling; carrier selection and booking; arranging and monitoring non-temporary storage; outbound and inbound shipment inspections; Quality Assurance (QA) actions; inbound shipment counseling, storage, and delivery arrangements; payment document processing; and assistance in member’s handling of loss and damage claims.
